Carol B. Hillman earned her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas and a master’s from Tarleton State University. Dr. Carol B. Hillman is a retired educator. She started in the High School at Grapevine/ Colleyville Farmers Branch ISD. She also taught Middle School before returning to High School. She finished up her career teaching at a university. Dr. Hillman is very involved in Christ Church Plano and helps out with a Thanksgiving/Christmas market charity event for Chi Omega which she is a member of. She is also an Alumni of Dallas Incoming President
